  • 6 smoked garlic
  • 100ml/3½fl oz white wine vinegar
  • 50g/1¾oz caster sugar
  • 50ml/2fl oz parsley
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200g/7oz Wagyu sirloin
  • 50g/1¾oz butter
  • 200g/7oz sprouting broccoli
  • 50g/1¾oz butter
