- 450g/1lb unsalted peanuts
- 1½ tsp honey
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1½ tbsp peanut oil
- 250g/9oz mannitol
- 50g/1¾oz icing sugar
- 5g cardamom
- 140g/5oz granulated sugar
- 125ml/4fl oz double cream
- 50g/1¾oz good quality dark chocolate
